您好，先检查internet information Service是否全部勾选了，然后检查：1 .机器名称过长，请把机器名称修改成11位以下, 2. IIS的安装需要安装IIS6管理兼容性，应用程序扩展，FTP下载服务。如果还是不行的话，建议更换操作系统，如果不想换操作系统的话，需要在ISD中提交问题，具体分析。
